From Milan/Bologna:
take the Fiorenzuola D'Arda A1 motorway exit. At the junction continue towards Cortemaggiore (circa 5km). Once you reach a built up area turn left and follow the signs for Piacenza. Continue for circa 10km (straight road); and you will reach Chiavenna Landi in the Cortemaggiore (PC) municipality in Via Piacenza. La Tavola Rotonda will be on your left after the traffic lights.
From Cremona/Turin:
take the Caorso exit on the A21 motorway. Follow the direction signs for Cortemaggiore, for circa 6km. You will reach Chiavenna Landi in the Cortemaggiore (PC) municipality. Turn right and La Tavola Rotonda will be on your left hand side near the traffic lights.
